Some of those contracts are a fit for our own portfolio. The rest we pass along to the agents and investors on our buyer list, often before the property ever hits the MLS.

Who the list is for
Licensed agents with investor buyers, fix-and-flip operators, buy-and-hold landlords, and small developers working in our territory. If you have a buyer who moves fast and closes clean, we want to know you.
How we work with agents
We are transparent about our numbers and we close on the date we promise. If you bring a buyer to one of our deals, we will discuss a referral or co-listing arrangement that respects your license and your commission. Our goal is a long-term relationship, not a one-off transaction.
A note on licensing
We wholesale as principals, not as agents. We do not represent sellers or buyers in a brokerage capacity. When we assign a contract, we are assigning our own equitable interest, and we always encourage every party to use their own licensed representation at closing.
